With a background spanning program management, multi-state operations leadership, training, and GovCon business development, I have spent years growing organizations and creating stronger systems.

Much of my experience has been working alongside general contractors, trades, and service-based organizations, where I developed a deep appreciation for the businesses that keep industries, facilities, and communities running every day. I am especially passionate about helping owners increase the transferability and sustainability of their companies through stronger operational structures, leadership development, and scalable processes.
